Yes, for most packages we arrange pick-up in Metro Cebu and Mactan where practical. Tell us your hotel or area in the booking form so we can plan timing and routing (traffic and distance affect start times, especially for south Cebu trips).
Private tours are flexible within the day. Mention extra stops or special needs in your message; the driver will advise what fits realistically with hours on the road and venue opening times.
